Fall 2012 Couture Collection (Most of My Favourite style)

On a colour palette of burgundy, warm browns, black and ivory, each piece was extremely unique with beautiful accents such as feathers, silicone white slices and what looked liked clear kryptonite.

Alexandre Vauthier is the man who puts the Haute into Haute Couture.
For his Fall 2012 Couture collection the designer served up a colour palette of mostly white and gold with touches of taupe in the mix, which included his signature sexy dresses, gowns and sharp jumpsuits.

The designer served up his signature razor-shar tailoring on brocade coats, mutton sleeves coats with fox epaulets, and cocoon jackets with bracelet sleeves.

Byzantine cross embroidery adorned most of the pieces which included velvet coats, halter dresses, strapless dresses, turtlenecks and leather-panelled pencil skirts.
